In 2009, I was assigned to manage affluent clients and became Team Lead. This role allowed me to oversee high-net-worth relationships, design value chain systems to generate business opportunities, and develop financial packages for these clients. I was recognized as the bank's Most Valuable Performer (MVP) in 2011.
I managed a large portfolio of SME, commercial, and corporate relationships, structuring various credit facilities, including invoice discounts, overdrafts, working capital loans, and contingent liabilities such as bank guarantees and letters of credit.
In 2017, I played a key role in designing the Vendor Finance Scheme and the MOU with Nigerian Agip Oil Company, enabling financing for oil and gas vendors.
During the COVID 19 pandemic, I implemented a remote approach to customer relations, significantly boosting the bank's profitability.
Promoted to Acting Branch Manager in April 2022 and confirmed as Branch Manager in November 2023, I received commendations for meeting performance targets in 2023 and for my contributions in 2024.
I manage key corporate relationships, including Nigerian Agip Oil Company Ltd (now Oando Energy Resources), INTELS, Port Harcourt Refinery, Host Community Development Trust accounts, and over 1,500 staff members.
